HVAC support for FM providers and managing agents

Subcontract PPM and reactive cover with asset data, service records and remedial quotes in a form you can pass straight to your client without rewriting them.

What FM teams usually need from an HVAC subcontractor

You are accountable for plant you did not install, on sites you may have inherited mid-contract, and you have to answer for it in monthly reporting. The specialist underneath you either makes that straightforward or makes it a problem.

Our side of it is simple: turn up when the schedule says, record what was actually done with readings behind it, flag defects with a price rather than a note, and be reachable when something fails between visits.

  • Planned maintenance across single sites or a whole portfolio
  • Consistent visit format and reporting across every site
  • Asset registers with make, model, serial, location and refrigerant
  • F-Gas leak-check frequency tracked against charge
  • Remedials quoted separately so they can be approved or deferred
  • Reactive attendance behind the PPM contract
  • Condition surveys on sites you have just taken on
  • Replacement and project work when plant reaches end of life

Multi-site consistency

The usual problem across a portfolio is not the plant, it is variation: one site has an asset list, another has three, a third has none; visit frequencies were set by whoever priced the contract rather than by charge or duty; and the reporting arrives in a different format from every engineer.

We standardise that. Same asset data fields, same visit checks, same service sheet, same way of raising a remedial — so your client sees one picture of their estate instead of a pile of unrelated paperwork.

Inherited sites

When you take on a building with poor history, the honest first step is a survey rather than a maintenance quote pulled out of the air. We list what is installed, grade condition, identify the compliance gaps and price the remedials, and only then set a realistic PPM schedule and cost.

How we work alongside you

Straight reporting

Service sheets with readings, photographs where they help, and defects written in language you can forward without translating.

No client poaching

We work behind your brand where that is what the contract requires, and deal with your team rather than going around it.

Planned works

Larger works staged around occupancy, trading hours and shutdown windows, with access and permits agreed in advance.

Covering a portfolio you have just taken on?

Send the site list and whatever asset information exists. If there is none, that is normal and the survey deals with it.
