What happens next

1. We read the site detail and check what is already on file.
2. We come back by email with any questions we need answered — plant, access, occupancy, out-of-hours restrictions.
3. For planned work we arrange a survey visit; for a breakdown we agree attendance and what information the engineer needs on arrival.
4. You get the scope, costs and any remedials in writing.
