How commercial work differs
Commercial plant runs longer hours, serves more people and fails more expensively than anything in a house. A failed VRF branch controller in a hotel is a run of rooms out of service; a failed cellar cooler is stock at risk; a blocked kitchen extract closes a kitchen. That changes how the work is planned.
